Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapy
Scars, spots, wrinkles, and other effects of age and the environment on the skin can cause it to lose its youthful, healthy appearance. There are many treatments that have been developed to deal with these issues individually, but there are men and women who have been wishing for a “one-stop” treatment that can deal with multiple conditions, to save them time and money.
Fine Arts Skin & Laser Facial Plastic Surgery proudly offers Nordlys Hybrid Experience to address these patients’ concerns. One of the most versatile cosmetic laser systems available, Nordlys can treat a variety of skin issues with great efficiency and minimal downtime.
What is the Nordlys Hybrid Experience?
Nordlys Hybrid Experience is a highly adjustable cosmetic laser that can be used to treat a large number of skin conditions. Like other cosmetic lasers, Nordlys Hybrid Experience works by directing light energy and heat into the area specified for treatment. The practitioner can adjust the specific wavelengths of the light to meet your goals for the treatment.

What Makes the Nordlys Hybrid Experience Special?
Nordlys Hybrid Experience can perform the functions of about four or five different cosmetic lasers, allowing it to treat several conditions. These include (but are not limited to):
Port Wine Stains
Spider Veins
Fine Lines
Unwanted Body Hair
Age Spots
Nordlys Hybrid Experience uses innovative Selective Waveband Technology® that allows it to filter out unnecessary wavelengths that could damage healthy tissue. SWT also means that the laser directs less energy into the body in general, minimizing downtime, discomfort, and the total length of the procedure.
The laser used for this treatment is also capable of sub-millisecond pulses, which are ideal for treating smaller targets on the body. An interface is also included on the device that allows it to be adjusted to work on multiple skin types and conditions.
