A 55-year-old female business owner with a severely creased and fallen brow, hooding in her upper eyelids, and crepey lower eyelid skin voiced concern that she appeared tired or angry even when she was fully rested and happy. She wanted to restore freshness and youthfulness to her upper face, especially around her eyes, so she received a transfollicular brow/forehead lift from Ohio-based facial plastic surgeon Dr. David M. Hartman. She also had upper and lower eyelid surgery, a facelift, and fractional CO2 laser skin resurfacing, after which she was pleased with her more rested more attractive appearance.
