Meet Our Team
Education/Experience: I am a certified Medical Assistant and began my career at Union Hospital Cleveland Clinic. I enjoyed the fast pace of the emergency room and loved providing care to the patients in need.
Why Fine Arts? I started working on Dr. Hartman’s ENT side of his practice where I witnessed his love and passion for his patients. When I was asked to help on the Fine Arts side, I was ecstatic! Our team is amazing and I love witnessing the confidence Dr. Hartman instills in his clients.
Family: I have been married for 5 years to my amazing husband Russ. Together we have two beautiful (and ornery) daughters, Lily and Gianna. We cannot forget about our loving dog Nala who completes our family.
Hobbies: My hobbies include making memories with my family, being outdoors, and going on dates with my husband.
What Matters: Spending quality time with my family! Always loving deeply and my passion for helping others.
Why Fine Arts? I considered this place a dream job when I walked through the doors at Fine Arts Skin and Laser. I instantly loved the energy, the confidence I felt, and the excellent service provided. It made me very intrigued to learn more about the Aesthetic industry. I love watching our client's confidence grow through each appointment and building friendships with each and every one. I feel so lucky and blessed to come to work each day.
Family In my personal life, I'm married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two sweet kiddos. We love being outdoors and active as a family.
Hobbies I am passionate about being involved in the community. For the last couple of years, my kids and I have delivered Meals on Wheels to the elderly. I am also very passionate about animals and feel honored to be on the Committee for fundraising at the Tuscarawas Humane Society.
Education /Experience: I graduated from the University of Akron in 2017 with my BSN, and have worked in the hospital setting for four years before joining the Fine Arts team. I have known I wanted to be a nurse from a young age. My younger brother was born with cerebral palsy so I had the opportunity to witness the great care nurses gave not only him but my whole family. I knew from that time that I wanted to help people have the same positive medical experience and feel the same compassion those nurses showed my family.
Why Fine Arts? I have always loved the side of nursing that allows you to build relationships with patients. Working at Fine Arts has allowed me to get to know so many wonderful people and be a part of their journey to look and feel their best. Seeing our patients’ confidence grow will always be one of my favorite parts of this job! The staff here is also like a second family and make every day at work the best!
Family: My husband Cody and I got married in July of 2019. We are working on completing the final touches of our home that Cody built from the ground up! We are also proud dog parents to our two german shepherds, Samantha and Ozzy.
Hobbies: One of my favorite hobbies is running! I love running in 5ks and have completed a half marathon. Every summer my family holds the Run For Zack 5k race to raise money for a scholarship in my brother’s memory as well! My husband and I also enjoy being outdoors, scuba diving in different tropical locations, and spending time with our family and friends.
What Matters: Quality time and making memories with family and friends is so important to me. Faith in God is what guides my husband and I’s lives, and we are incredibly grateful for the people and relationships we have been blessed with!
Education/Experience: I received my BA from Lehigh University and my MA from New York University.
Why Fine Arts? I love witnessing the emotional transformation that happens in a client after a rejuvenation package treatment – seeing the new sense of well-being and confidence. For that to happen with every client, the staff also needs to be taken care of – and that’s my job. I take great joy in operating behind the scenes to support the team; I love fine-tuning Fine Arts Skin & Laser to provide exceptional client satisfaction (we call it the “Wow” experience) and still be an exceedingly pleasant place to work.
Family: I have been married to David since 2001, and I love collaborating with him on this adventure. I’m so proud to watch him meld his artistic talents, remarkable patient-care instincts, and outstanding surgical skills to create Fine Arts Skin & Laser. Together, we have two wonderful children – Lucy and Jonas.
Hobbies: I love my kids! I often end up shooting hoops and playing soccer with Jonas (though I’m awful); Lucy, my hang-out buddy, is content to just sit and talk – she loves to write fiction and aspires to be a novelist one day. There’s nothing better than relaxing on the front porch and visiting with friends as our kids play happily in the yard. I’m fascinated with food and when I find the time, I read cookbooks obsessively. I also love music, though I’m not singing as much as I’d like. Active with New Pointe Community Church, I volunteer as a women’s small group leader and serve on the Sunday check-in team.
What matters: I’m constantly learning about who God is and His love for people. It’s important to me to grow in my relationship with Him. I fail all the time, but am trying to “fail forward” and not beat myself up when I make mistakes. I want my kids to know about God’s boundless love for them.

Why Fine Arts? Nina relocated to Dover, Ohio, looking for an opportunity to combine her educational experiences in marketing, web design, and social media with her work experiences in Health Care Administration and Plastic Surgery and she was immediately drawn to Fine Arts Skin and Laser Facial Plastic Surgery. Their philosophy for delivering high-quality patient care combined with the desire to create a strong team dynamic in the workplace was the perfect fit for her. Since moving here, she has found a work family that enjoys sharing in successes, failures, and supporting one another in a positive and uplifting way.

Why Fine Arts? Since a child, I have been attracted to ALL the beautiful things in life, for me it feels natural to belong to this environment. As soon as you walk into the office you are instantly greeted with beautiful, genuine smiles. The energy of the staff is uplifting and contagious. I knew instantly I wanted to join the FASL team. To see our clients leave the office with confidence and come back with amazing results, is truly rewarding. I feel privileged to be involved in every step our clients’ journey. I’m extremely blessed to have landed my dream job and to have made such great friends within the office.
Family/Hobbies: When I’m out of the office you will find me spending time with family, friends, exploring new places, and trying new foods and drinks. I’m an enormous fan of outside activities, from boating in the summer to snowboarding in the winter. Also, as much as I love pampering other people, I spend great amount of time getting pampered myself.
What matters: I’m a huge mental health and self-care advocate! Happiness always comes first.
Education/Experience: I attended National Beauty College and am certified in advanced facials, body treatments, and full-body relaxation massage. In my 20 years of esthetics, I continue to advance my skills and knowledge in the beauty industry.
Why Fine Arts? My favorite part of what I do is seeing clients’ confidence grow after every visit as they let their inner beauty show on the outside. I love working in an excellence-oriented workplace like Fine Arts Skin & Laser, where I can use my talents to give the best in client care.
What Matters: My faith guides me in life and is an important principle I want to instill in my children. Christ, family, and friends are the most essential things in my life.
Why Fine Arts? Before I started working at Fine Arts, I was actually a patient at first and immediately fell in love with their staff and the services I got done. Now that I’m a part of this team, I get to witness all the amazing work Dr.Hartman and our staff perform. Seeing the smiles on patients faces after they receive a service from us is such a rewarding feeling. I have always been infatuated with Aesthetics so I knew that Fine Arts would be a perfect fit for me!
Hobbies: I love to go hiking with my boyfriend Zach and our dog Lola any chance I get. I also like to go to the gym and stay consistent with it. Most importantly I love having a relaxing night at home with my boyfriend, cat and dog playing board games or watching a good TV show.
Family: My family is my world. I spend every second I can with them! I don’t have any kids currently, but I do treat my dog and cat like they’re my kids!
What Matters: What matters most to me is relationships. I always make sure I set time aside for my family, friends and most importantly my boyfriend. I wouldn’t be anywhere if it weren’t for their help. They all mean the world to me!
Why Fine Arts? Before I started at Fine Arts Skin & Laser I was a client here first. I’m here to hold the patient’s hand from start to finish and make them feel comfortable.

What matters: My Faith is very important to me I grew up in a Christian home and its very important to me that I instill the same thing is my kids as well.
I earned my BSN from Ohio University, and I have been a Registered Nurse since 2010. My clinical experience includes emergency nursing, surgery, neurology/stroke care, and healthcare quality.
Why Fine Arts?
The warm service I received (as a patient) was not just customer satisfaction rhetoric; it was a genuine sense of welcoming that they extend to all that walk through their doors. From that first visit, I was hooked! The team dynamic was incredibly alluring, and I just knew Fine Arts would be a place I could thrive. At Fine Arts, I get to combine my skills and passion for nursing and aesthetics, while helping our clients look and feel their best.
I love an active lifestyle and I’m always up for a good adventure; traveling, fitness, concerts, cliff jumping, escape rooms, snorkeling, and the list goes on… life is for living! On calmer days, I enjoy painting, listening to music, learning new things, being on the water, and relaxing with friends and family.
I married my husband, Connor, in 2022. We are excited to see what life has in store for us! I am lucky to have my parents, sisters, and close friends that are my chosen family.
