Dr. David Hartman is double board-certified in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as in otolaryngology or head and neck surgery. Dr. Hartman has been developing and growing his aesthetic practice since he began medical practice in 2004. He launched Fine Arts Skin & Laser officially in 2014 in a new facility where he offers patients nationally recognized surgical rejuvenation procedures, including facelifts, eyelid rejuvenation and rhinoplasty, along with carefully curated non-surgical treatments to restore youthful beauty and confidence. Dr. Hartman brings his artist’s eye to the canvas of his patients. He uses the latest in technology and services to provide self-confident and natural-looking surgical procedures and aesthetics.
